Justine and Will's wedding day was a tad warm but ohhh so lovely. Savannah summers can be warm, well... actually HOT & HUMID. Like, take a warm shower with all your clothes on and then go outside - that's basically what it's like when you step outside in June/July/August in Savannah. You're lucky if the random afternoon thunderstorm brings a little bit of a breeze with it. However, Savannah summers can be nice time to get married mostly because the sun does not set until around 8-8:30pm, which allows for LOTS of portraits (one of my favorite parts of the day!). Justine and Will opted for a first look, which we did in Monterey Square. They wanted to get as many of their photos taken before the ceremony and get to their reception asap after the ceremony to get the PARTAY STARTED. Coast Guard the Band made sure that the dance floor was hoppin' alllllll night long. So much fun, so many great dance moves and so much love for this amazing couple.

Ps - Wedding photos are important. Don't skimp on coverage or your budget. Sometimes losing a few guests on the list helps to make room for that photographer you REALLY LOVE for your wedding day. These moments and memories are precious and maybe one of the last times your family is all together for an event for years. Make sure to invest not only money but also time to research photographers and different styles to really find someone who you get along with and who will give you the photos that you will love for years and years. 💕
