You’re not just hiring someone to take photos. You’re bringing in someone who will be with you for the majority of your wedding day—cheering you on, calming your nerves, fluffing your dress, straightening boutonnieres, and capturing all those fleeting, magical moments.

The Engagement Session: Let’s Get You Comfortable
If you’ve booked an engagement session, this is our time to connect in a relaxed and fun way. It's not just about getting beautiful photos (although we definitely will)—it’s about building trust and helping you feel confident in front of the camera. Think of it as a test run that turns into a celebration of your love.
What Happens:
Sessions are usually on weekday evenings during golden hour
We’ll shoot for about 1.5 hours—plenty of time for laughs and two outfit changes
You’ll learn how I guide, pose, and shoot, which makes your wedding day feel natural and easy
What You’ll Gain:
Confidence in front of the camera
A stronger connection with me before the big day
A gorgeous gallery of images to use for save-the-dates, your wedding website, or just to show off your love
Pro Tips:
Pick a location that feels like “you.” Sentimental spots are always a win!
Coordinate your outfits with soft tones and cozy textures. I’ve got a Pinterest board if you need inspo.
Show up on time, clean that ring, and most importantly—have fun and celebrate this moment together!
Your Wedding Day: What I Bring to the Table
Your wedding day will go by in a blink—and my job is to capture the joy, emotion, and in-between moments you might otherwise miss. But I’m not just a fly on the wall. I help guide your timeline, organize portraits, and keep things flowing smoothly so you can focus on being present.
I’ll help with:
Timeline Planning: I’ll collaborate with your planner (or help you create one if you don’t have a planner) to build a custom photo timeline that maximizes the light and minimizes stress.
Prepping Your Details: I’ll capture everything from your dress and florals to heirlooms and flat lays. Having these gathered in one place when I arrive helps us start strong!
Family Formal Organization: I’ll send you a detailed questionnaire 4 weeks before the wedding so you can tell me exactly which family groupings matter to you. That way, we breeze through portraits and get you back to the party.
Vendor Coordination: I work seamlessly with your planner, videographer, and other vendors to make sure your day runs beautifully.
Bonus: I build in buffer time throughout the day so unexpected delays don’t throw us off track. Flexibility is key to keeping you relaxed and in the moment.
My Portrait Philosophy: Real, Intentional, and Joyful
Photos are more than just pretty—they should tell the story of how your day felt. My favorite images come from authentic connection: the way you hold hands, your teary first look, the way your friends hype you up before the ceremony, or that quiet moment during golden hour when it’s just the two of you.
Whether we’re doing romantic couple portraits, fun wedding party shots, or a dance floor full of your wildest friends, I’ll be there to document it all with a thoughtful, artistic eye.
If you’re camera-shy, don’t worry—I’ve got you. My posing is gentle and natural. I’ll guide you every step of the way so you look and feel amazing while still being true to yourselves.
First Look or No First Look?
Totally your call—but here’s why I love first looks (and 80% of my couples choose to do one):
- You get to see each other in private before the ceremony and share a sweet, emotional moment without hundreds of eyes watching
- It gives us time for romantic portraits earlier in the day, freeing you up to enjoy cocktail hour with guests
- You’ll feel calmer, more grounded, and ready to soak in your ceremony
And yes—you can STILL get an amazing aisle reaction!
If you decide to wait until the ceremony to see each other, that’s beautiful too! I’ll help design a timeline that gives us the time we need afterward to capture everything without stress.
Rain, Weather, and Whatever Comes
I always tell my couples: you can’t control the weather, but you can control your attitude. And we’ll be ready for anything.
If rain is in the forecast, I’ll scout out covered portrait spots and bring plenty of clear umbrellas. Overcast skies actually make for soft, glowy portraits, and some of my favorite weddings have happened on rainy days. I’ll guide you through all the adjustments so your day still feels amazing.
After the Wedding: Your Gallery + Keepsakes
A few weeks after the wedding, you’ll receive your beautifully edited images in a private online gallery. You can download, share, and print to your heart’s content!
What You Get:
High-resolution images with full printing rights
A mobile-friendly gallery to share with family and friends
The option to order fine-art quality prints and albums straight from your gallery
Albums + Parent Gifts:
Your wedding photos deserve to live off the screen. I offer heirloom albums you’ll flip through for decades—plus parent albums (perfect for thank-yous or holiday gifts).
A Few Final Reminders
You’ll hear from me about 4–6 weeks before your wedding with a questionnaire that collects all the final details: family shot lists, vendor contacts, addresses, and any special moments you want to make sure I capture.
